Here is a new photo from a graduation ceremony for LGBTQ refugees and asylum seekers in Nairobi, Kenya, where “Freedom” was used in a drag performance to celebrate Transgender Day of Visibility 2022.
All humans need to feel free and proud, even in countries that criminalise same sex relations or gender nonconformity. As our song says: “We’re beautiful, phenomenal, nobody gonna stop our love.”
